When you live in an Astrakan Project’s video…

This is a truly magical moment I captured yesterday at dawn…

Otherwise, our next Wild Live Songs’ session is happening tonight, 7.30pm from a nearby location and it will be an unplugged session. (link goes to the live and the replay). More thoughts about these livestreamed sessions very soon, we’ll traveling towards Germany (area of Bremen and Hanovre), and then to The Netherlands and Belgium, where we’ll play in Brussels at an underground tavern we missed.

Where will next Wild Live Songs happen?

This was just a small teaser, we’re planning an unplugged Wild Live Songs session for tonight, Tuesday 30th of August 2022 (although as usual, the weather can play its role at the last minute, but we stay positive!) It will be streamed on this link here. The replay will be available shortly after.

In the meantime, here’s the replay from last week performance, by a beautiful and magical (and quite intense!) beech tree located in our area. It was our second performance with Diffaith, our fellow musician friend from Germany, with whom we worked on tunes from Astrakan Project as well as on a new piece (Skolvan). We’re extremely happy and proud of the result, both musically and visually.

If all goes well, tonight will be our 5th streamed show on YouTube, we’ll do a small recap very soon, but we can say shortly that it’s been one of the most exciting projects we’ve taken part lately. We see plenty of perspectives to try, collaborations, different places, etc!

We’re also amazed by your kindness, and your patience. We encountered many sound issues, we’re still testing the process, and we only received but encouraging comments and support. Thank you! It means a world to us that you also witness the dirty stages and somehow understand where we want to get you along with us.

A galon, Simone & Yann

Wild Live Songs

Some weeks ago, it came to our minds that we *really* like to play live, and that if it wasn’t happening enough at the moment, as artists we shouldn’t be waiting for it to happen, and rather be creative about it. Aussitôt dit, aussitôt fait, this is how we started this weekly series of short lives, from remote places we love and want to share with you, all while keeping what makes our shows unique. We’re still on the testing phase, and we’re so grateful for the amount of support we’ve already received, and the interest in this project!

We’ll come back to it shortly with a video, but so far, we’re extremely happy and excited about the potential of this new project! We’re aiming for a weekly live, but we’ll be flexible on the day/time, since that will depend on our gigs schedule and weather forecast. ( the best way to stay tuned is to activate the notification mode on our channel)

We’ve created a playlist on our channel for you to follow (next one is tonight at 7.30pm Paris/Berlin time)
